We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date. You must email within that time period with a detailed description for the reason you are returning the product. The email also must contain images or videos of the product supporting your reasoning.

Please understand that we are a family owned and operated business that is aiming to offer the best prices for products that are urgent. Be mindful when considering returning a product.


UPS, FedEx, and USPS are all experiencing delays due to the stay-at-home order. We are committed to 24-48 hour turn around in shipping but do not have control over the carriers shipping times. We ship from Pompano Beach, Florida and Dallas, Texas so the expected time to receive the products can be 1 - 5 business days after it leaves our warehouse if there are no carrier delays. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

We understand that the need for your product is urgent, and we are during our best to get these to you quickly. We appreciate your understanding.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been delivered. Please contact the carrier to file a complaint. After an item has been shipped, the responsibility of the item is on the purchaser. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping company. Once it has left our warehouse, the item is no longer our responsibility.

With that being said, we are honest, hard working people and will do our best to help our customers with any issues that arise. Please reach out to us if you are experiencing any problems with the products you've bought from us.

“Can I upgrade to faster shipping?”

Please reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do for you. It may cost extra.

"Do you ship with or without the original box?"

We ship with the box by default. We can ship without the box to reduce the cost at your request. For bulk orders we can ship with boxes or without at your request. The boxes may be sent flattened to avoid damages during shipment. The masks will still be wrapped inside the original plastic bags that came from the manufacturer.

“Cancellation and refund policy?”

If your order has not been processed and shipped you may cancel by reaching out to us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that your order is not shipped by the time you reach out due to lags in shipment to order updates but we will do our best to cancel your order if we can.
